Tommy is a veteran in the financial and estate planning industry with over 40 years of financial services experience. In 1995 he restructured his practice to provide solutions for the unique issues wealthy families encounter, and established national relationships
for portfolio and wealth management services. He has traveled extensively consulting with insurance company and broker dealer executives on how to improve their products and services. Tommy founded Benchmark Wealth Advisory in 2020, and expanded to
include business exit planning.

A graduate of Louisiana State University and longtime resident of Baton Rouge, Tommy obtained post-graduate insurance, financial planning, and business exit planner certifications.

Tommy and his family are members of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and supporters of various high school and LSU alumni organizations. His family and friends can often be found at Tiger sporting events or down at their camp in Fourchon on the Louisiana cost.

Adam teamed up with Tommy and joined Benchmark Advisory in the Fall of 2020 after deciding to turn down his offer to attend medical school. He works with Tommy and Todd to help clients transition their business how and when they want and safeguard the wealth they have worked so hard to build.

A native of Mandeville, Louisiana, Adam attended Louisiana State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Spanish. 

Adam now resides in Baton Rouge and attends The Chapel. When he is not working with clients, Adam enjoys physical activities, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, being outdoors, particularly in the mountains, and watching sports.

Todd is a business advisor with the Benchmark team to help owners enhance the value of their companies and strategically prepare for ownership transitions. As a former business owner with two successful exits, Todd brings deep experience in advising CEOs on growth strategies, market positioning, and exit readiness.

With an engineering and consulting background, Todd has worked extensively in the SMB market, guiding leadership teams across technology, infrastructure, utilities, and AEC industries. He continues to consult nationally in the utility and energy sectors while supporting Benchmark’s mission of helping business owners secure their financial futures.

A resident of Baton Rouge, Todd remains active in the business community and enjoys working with leaders who are thinking ahead about their company’s next chapter.
